Scheduling a Test
TEST SCHEDULING
A $150 deposit is required to schedule a test, which goes towards the total exam fee. This is so that another client does not take your time slot. Deposits are nonrefundable. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the test. The remaining balance is not due until the day of the exam. If a deposit is made but the exam is not scheduled, the deposit will be credited towards a future exam. It will not be refunded.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are made through PayPal or by contacting us. A PayPal account is not required to make a deposit, there is a guest checkout option. (Note: When using a credit or debit card, the address for where the credit card is associated must be used or PayPal will not accept the form of payment.)
If you want to make the deposit by phone, call us at (225) 228-0082. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, and CashApp.
We suggest anyone wanting to schedule an exam contact us first before making the deposit. This is so we can ensure we have a date and time suitable to your schedule. Any deposits made, whether prior or after contacting us, are non-refundable.
After the Deposit is Made
Exams are conducted at our Gonzales office located at 909 E. Cornerview Road, Gonzales, Louisiana. Our parent company, NOLA Polygraph, offers testing near New Orleans in Luling, Louisiana (20 minutes west of New Orleans). Please send an email to bayoupolygraph@gmail.com or call (225) 228-0082 after the deposit is made so that we can contact you to schedule the appointment. Paypal does not provide us with your phone number.
